By using Amivoix, you agree to the terms below.
What Amivoix is
Amivoix provides a relationship quiz, personalised reports generated by AI, a free article library, and related digital products, published under the Amivoix brand by ARC Publishing. Amivoix is not therapy, counselling, or professional advice of any kind. See the disclaimer below and our Crisis Resources page.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Amivoix. By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Accounts and invites
You are responsible for keeping your session link secure. When you invite a partner, you confirm you have their consent to invite them and that any email you provide is theirs. Each partner controls their own answers and can stop at any point before a report is generated; your partner is never told why.
Purchases, pricing, and payment
Prices are shown at checkout. Purchases are processed by our payment provider as merchant of record; their terms also apply to the transaction itself. Reports and add-ons are personalised digital goods, generated after purchase from your specific answers.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy for the full terms. In short: 14 days, no reason required.
Intellectual property
The quiz, question bank, scoring approach, site content, library articles, and brand assets belong to Amivoix and ARC Publishing and may not be copied, resold, or reverse engineered. Your report is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share it, including a share card, but may not resell or redistribute it commercially.
AI-generated content
Your report is generated by AI based on your and, where relevant, your partner's answers. See our Privacy Policy for how this works and its limits. The AI does not diagnose, does not replace professional judgment, and can be wrong. It works from what you tell it.
Prohibited use
No impersonating your partner or a third party when answering. No using Amivoix to monitor, pressure, or coerce a partner into answering against their will. No scraping, reverse engineering the scoring system, or automated use of the quiz.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Amivoix is provided as is. We do not guarantee that your report will resolve relationship issues or predict outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to the service or terms
We may update these terms or the product. Material changes will be posted here and, where required, emailed to active account holders.
Governing law
These terms are intended to work alongside the consumer protection law of the country where you live, which may give you rights these terms cannot limit. A specific governing-law clause for this section is pending a jurisdiction-specific legal review.
